Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the Arctite website collects, how accounts are handled, and how the Arctite product is designed to process data. It will be updated as the product evolves.

Website data

The Arctite website is designed to collect as little as possible. It uses:

  • Basic infrastructure and security logs produced by hosting (request and error logs)
  • A first-party, aggregate funnel counter (page and click events, bounded metadata, no emails) to understand which explanations work

We do not run advertising trackers, session replay, or third-party profiling on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

Accounts

Where an account is required for licensing or entitlement checks, authentication is handled by a dedicated account service (Clerk). It processes the email address and authentication metadata you provide. Billing and subscription state, where applicable, is processed by the infrastructure providers listed at checkout — not stored inside the product.

To request deletion of your account data, contact [contact email — configured before production launch].

Earlier waitlist

Arctite was previously joined through a waitlist that has closed with the public launch. Email addresses submitted through it were stored in Supabase as an infrastructure provider, stored once per email, used only for beta access management and launch communication, and are removed on request or once retention is no longer needed.

Arctite product data

Arctite is designed to process developer context locally. Understanding how data flows in the product is the point:

  • Development context (files, Git metadata, terminal metadata, and other approved sources) is collected and assembled on your machine, per project.
  • Sensitive values are redacted locally, and the remaining context is reviewed and frozen before anything is sent.
  • Approved context packages may be sent directly to the inference provider you selected. Arctite does not claim that nothing ever leaves your computer — the approved payload does, to the provider you chose.
  • Authentication, licensing, and entitlement infrastructure may involve cloud services. Developer context and project activity are designed to remain outside an Arctite-hosted project-data plane.

Product data is governed by this policy only where Arctite itself processes it. Your provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter) has its own policies that govern the approved payloads you send to it.

Data we do not collect

This website does not collect your name, company, phone number, job title, or team size. We do not fingerprint visitors or perform invasive attribution tracking.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
