Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Arctite website and the Arctite product for Windows. They are written to be readable. They may be revised as the product evolves.
Use of the website
The Arctite website explains the product and distributes the Windows build. You may browse it freely. You may not scrape, disrupt, or misuse it, and you may not misrepresent yourself when creating an account.
Downloads and accounts
Arctite is available for Windows 10 and 11. Where an account is required for licensing or entitlement checks, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. Creating an account grants no obligation on our part beyond the features described at the time of your plan.
Features may change, be removed, or ship in a different form. Pricing and edition scope are described on the pricing page and are finalized at launch.
Earlier waitlist
Arctite was previously available through a private-beta waitlist, which has closed with the public launch. Submitting an email to that waitlist granted no rights to access, timelines, or continued service, and closing it does not change that.
Acceptable use
When using Arctite, you agree not to:
- Use the product for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass the product’s permission, approval, or redaction controls
- Misrepresent activity as your own or obscure what the system records
- Use the product to store or process data you are not authorized to process
Intellectual property
The Arctite name, logo, website, and product are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants you a license to use Arctite branding. Your code and project data remain yours.
Third-party services
Arctite works with inference providers you select (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter) and uses infrastructure services for authentication and licensing. Those services have their own terms, which apply to your use of them. Infrastructure providers are listed in the privacy policy.
Service availability
This website and the Arctite product are provided without a commitment of uptime or availability. We may discontinue access at any time.
Changes
We may change these terms, the website, or the product at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Disclaimer
Arctite is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the website or the product. Context you approve is sent to the provider you select — you are responsible for what you choose to send.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [contact email — configured before production launch].
One more thing
Arctite exists to give developers context and control for coding agents. We wrote these terms the same way we built the product: plainly, and without hidden obligations.
